Biriz Nuts
began its commercial life in 1974 by selling raw
chickpeas and and producing roasted chickpeas in the
plant which Mustafa Çolak established in Serinhisar,
Denizli. Hamza Çolak, one of the representatives of
the second generation of the family, established
Biriz Nuts as a limited company in 2007 in
Serinhisar. Afterwards, the factory which was
established in 2010, on an area of 3.500 m2 in
Merkezefendi County accelerated our brand’s
activities with the annual production and sales of
10.000 tons/year.
All manner of tests, analyzes and controls are applied in hygienic and healthy conditions in accordance with international food regulations on the plantation of sunflower sifting and packaging which is founded in 2013 on an area of 16.000 m2 and that has 20.000 tons/year volume in order to increase capacity which is equipped with latest technology.
Biriz Nuts processes freshest products taken directly from farmers in impeccable way, makes them ready to consume and presents them to their customers.
90% of our products are exported to Balkans, Europe, Federation of Russia, North African and Asian countries.
